967 Sqn Air Cadets

What are you doing this weekend?

Structured Training

Instructor Cadet Lanyard

As a Cadet you’ll be working your way through our structured training programme. Starting as a Junior Cadet and learning what it means to be a Cadet and finishing as an Instructor Cadet where you can teach other Cadets everything that you have learnt.

Find out more about each of the training awards:

Throughout your time as a Cadet you’ll find the subjects are interesting and practical; how does an aircraft fly? How does a jet engine work? How can a pilot navigate? What aircraft do the RAF fly?

As part of your training you’ll also be given the chance to apply for widely recognised BTEC qualifications, these are equivalent to GCSE’s. You can find out more about the BTECs here.
