967 Air Cadets

What are you doing this weekend?

The Latest News

Part of being an Air Cadet is trying new things, whether it be something adventurous and challenging like parachuting and climbing or more down to earth such as visiting the local Air Ambulance. Over recent years our Cadets have visited Canada, Germany, Cyprus and Malta. They’ve flown in a variety of Royal Air Force (and Army and Royal Navy!) aircraft and also had a go at getting behind the controls of gliders, training aircraft and some of the worlds most advanced simulators. They’ve attended courses on leadership and teamwork, competed in sports throughout the country, passed hundreds of exams, fired thousands of rounds on the range and taken on responsibility for running activities.

Below you’ll find news of all of our latest visits, achievements and experiences.
