What are you doing this weekend?

Drill

How would you like to improve your confidence, leadership, teamwork and communication skills? Believe it or not, learning to do drill will help you in each of these. The ATC prides itself on the ability of it’s Cadets to smartly and accurately carry out the drill manoeuvres of our Armed Forces.

Learning to stand to attention and salute is the start of a journey which will see you competing against other Squadrons at our annual competition, giving the instructions to other Cadets and eventually teaching new Cadets.

It’s not easy to get it right, but you’ll feel a massive sense of pride when you do.

To ensure that you and your fellow Cadets look your best, it’s important that you wear and care for your uniform correctly. You can find our handy guide to wearing your uniform here and tips on where to position your badges here.
