Cadets See Into The Future

MANTIS Unmanned Air Vehicle

Cadets and staff of 967 Squadron were recently given a tour of some of BAE Systems latest technology programmes. They were given a guided tour of the Jetstream Flying Test Bed (or FTB!) and 2 Unmanned Air Vehicles (UAVs).

Cadets Go Supersonic

Bloodhound SSC

Cadets from 967 Sqn are off to meet some of the team building the Bloodhound SSC (Supersonic Car) later this week in Preston. Bloodhound SSC is a project to design and build a jet and rocket powered racing car that will reach 1000 miles per hour!
